Traditional Aikido for Adults and Children Ages 4-15
Aikido is a non-violent and non-competitive Japanese martial art. The focus of the training is to take the force of an attack and redirect the power using spiral movements. Aikido is unique as the defensive nature of the art teaches how to avoid fighting. This attitude helps students learn to deal with difficult situations in a non-violent manner. Aikido improves physical conditioning, concentration, mental clarity, self-confidence and self-image. It is a practical self-defense art and helps develop balance and coordination. The dojo atmosphere is one of openness and generosity dedicated to the success of all students.
