Storage is storage, but storing here has been less of a hassle than other places I've stored at.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We wanted to work in customer service serving the residents of Kirkland, WA. Our background is military and business management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Site security, No rent gimmicks to get new business, No fine print to interpret We do not consistently raise our rates. We have not increased rent since July of 2007. Building and ground maintenance very good.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One. No plans to expand.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From downtown and going South on 6th street towards Houghton, just before the Cross Kirkland Corridor walking path crosswalk (can't miss it. State-of-the-art crossing with huge yellow signs, solar panels, and a median) 5th Place South angles off to the right. We are about 200 feet down 5th Place South on the right.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check or money order. Another option is to set up auto bill pay with your bank.
Which areas do you service?
Mainly area code 98033 but of course will take customers from any zip code. We have some tenants that store here when they go South for the Winter.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Byron and Tammie Bennett (Managers)
What are your hours of operation?
Gate operation: seven days per week, 365 days per year from 7:00AM until 8:00PM. Extended gate hours are available upon request. Office open 7 days per week 9:00AM until 5:00PM
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we are professional, customer oriented, facility is clean, and our facility is SAFE.
