How long have you been in business?
Going on our 51st year!
What is your primary product or service?
Real Estate Management also known as Property Management. We manage single family rentals, small multi-family apartment communities, condominium associations, and homeowners associations.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I, Vickie Gaskill, have been at Bell-Anderson for 28 years. I began as a bookkeeper then property manager and owner in 2002. I have 4 certifications (CPM, ARM, MPM, and RMP) in property management and my company has 2 (AMO and CRMC), one of which there are only 50 in the entire United States.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our company is small, however, we manage over 3,600 residential units. Our company motto is "Our Family Serving Yours". Because of our size, we are very unique that way.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one office that is located on the East Hill of Kent.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Highway 167 to the Willis St. exit, turn west, travel to Central Ave., turn left, go to Smith St., turn right. Smith St. becomes Canyon Road and eventually So. 256th St. Cross over 104th Ave. SE and keep to the left. (Kent-Kangley goes to the right at the "Y", just be sure and stay left). We are in the East Hill Professional Center down about a block on the right hand side of 256th.
What type of payments do you accept?
For rent - money orders, cashier's checks, online payments, automatic withdrawal, and checks (no cash) For assessments - same as above, however, online we also can take credit cards
Which areas do you service?
We manage properties from Tacoma to Seattle and from the Sound to the Mountains.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Vickie Gaskill, Owner/Broker Jennifer Corp, General Manager
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday; 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That in some way we have protected and/or enhanced their real estate investment.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
