This is a self-evaluation. I gave us a thumbs up of course, but that's because our heads are swollen. We prefer to blame it on Seattle City Light and Puget Sound Energy, who say that we install more windows in Seattle's multifamily buildings than probably anyone else.
We are a real contractor, we're bonded & insured better than most contractors, and we've been in business longer than most, specializing in window replacement for multifamily apartment buildings -with the same all family crew since 1993 (ourselves). We continue to learn and improve while the other guys continue to employ cheap, revolving labor, training their new guys and search for more come-and-go subcontractors. Call anytime, and ask how I REALLY feel about our company (and the other guys)!

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our family tradition, since 1956
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We prefer local, name-brand products. -The other guys import their cheap, generic windows from hundreds of miles away! We have the same all-family crew since 1993. The other guys employ cheap, revolving labor and anonymous sub-contractors who are under-insured with expired or improper licenses! We help find BIG REBATES from local energy companies, and provide the correct windows proper paperwork, helping to insure jobs qualify for these rebates. Others have little or no idea how these rebates work, and render their projects unqualified for such big savings! We are well-known and popular with many apartment building owners, property managers, and property associations, and have no need for expensive, fast-talking, middle-man salesmen. Others have high-priced sales departments, causing their price to be too high, or leaving less resources available for a job well done! We don't "invent" needs for new windows. We place honest, accurate, informative proposals "on the table" and let the customer decide. In other words, we don't have a typical expensive, high-pressure sales department.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We do not provide retail storefronts and our pricing is not high-retail-oriented. If you need a $50 roll of weather-strip or a $150 ten-inch by ten-inch pane of glass, you need to call the other guys. We are project-oriented, providing full window replacement for entire apartment buildings only.
Which areas do you service?
We service the GREATER SEATTLE area (from Mount Vernon to Federal Way & the East Side).
