How long have you been in business?
Dance Arts opened in 2001 and we are celebrating our 17th year!
What is your primary product or service?
We offer dance classes to students ages 2 &up.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have loved everything about dance from my earliest childhood memories. I studied Ballet, Jazz, and Hip hop while growing up, and later graduated from the University of Wa with my BFA in Dance. I taught at several studios for about 10 years before opening up my own in 2001.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Dance Arts is unique as we are a smaller studio that focuses on a personalized experience for each student. Our younger classes are limited to just 10 students.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one studio with 2 classrooms, and love the personal connection with our students and families, so we are not looking to expand right now.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, checks, debit, and credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We serve Kent, Covington, Maple Valley, Black Diamond, Renton, Enumclaw, and Issaquah
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Annette Lago is the owner.
What are your hours of operation?
Business hours are: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 9:00pm Saturday 1:00pm - 3:00pm

The best compliment someone good give me would be how our dance lessons helped make a positive difference in their or their child’s lives.
