Document scanning and data entry services. Scanning documents, maps and drawings Microfilm conversions to digital Records storage consulting Cloud and on-premise solutions for access to the digital information Sales of scanners and ultra secure external drives
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My wife and I retired from Pitney Bowes after 28 years in document management. Then started USArchive & Imaging services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
11 years experience, a Veteran Owned Small Business, long list of trusted partners...what we don't know we will find out for you. National presence.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One main location and a national presence through nonprofit partners.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are a broker of document management services with partner locations in Kirkland, Issaquah, Spokane, WA DC, Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, Kansas.
What type of payments do you accept?
Variety of pmts. Credit card, PO, etc.
Which areas do you service?
Washington State and neighboring states. Partners for other national locations.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Michael Plath and Noreen Plath are 100% owners.
What are your hours of operation?
Typically 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A referral is always the best compliment. We have done over 500 scanning projects for 30 of the states 39 counties and many of Washington's other local government entities. Also hundreds of private businesses.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
