How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After experiencing employment from both a candidate's and an an employer's perspective, I realized there was a huge gap between what each expected or needed. I have developed strategies for closing those gaps. My background includes 20+ years in business management & sales; 4 years in the staffing industry. I continue to have extensive direct contact with hiring managers, human resource managers and business owners. I am able to help people better understand business needs and the hiring process, so that they can find rewarding work and create productive work places.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have experience working with all sectors of business, public and nonprofits. My background in sales and staffing had put me in touch with decision makers in all areas. I have an extensive network (locally and nationally) and facilitate my own networking group with 70 members from all industries.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one. I am able to work with clients all over the United States.
