The Conference Center offers 9,000 square feet of rentable conference space, pre-security.
Located inside the terminal and pre-security, our 9,000 square feet of meeting space provides a premier meeting experience for people coming from all over the region, the nation, and the globe.
We can accommodate events for 200 or a meeting of 5, complete with state-of-the-art technology and an exclusive caterer for your food and beverage needs. Our friendly Conference Services professionals will work with you to plan your event from start to finish, adding a personal touch to every experience.

We offers complimentary parking validations in the airport parking garage & built-in audiovisual at no additional cost. We do not nickel & dime for each small item, and our pricing is very competitive.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location INSIDE the Sea-Tac Airport.

Street Address: 17801 International Boulevard (Pacific Highway S) Seattle, WA 98158 Driving Directions From the North via Interstate 5: Take Interstate 5 to Exit 154 B and drive West on State Route 518 to the Sea-Tac Airport Exit. From the North via State Highway 99: Take 99 South. At the First Avenue bridge stay right and follow State Route 509 to State Route 518 Exit (Burien, Sea-Tac Airport). Turn left on 518 and take the Seat-Tac Airport Exit. From the South: Take Interstate 5 to Exit 154 and drive West on State Route 518 to the Sea-Tac Airport Exit. From the East: Take Interstate 405 which turns into State Route 518, to the Sea-Tac Airport Exit. Parking in the Airport Garage Park in General Parking (floors 3, 5-8) at the South end of the Airport Garage near the yellow or green elevators (row N-U). Take the elevator to the fourth floor and walk across skybridge #1, between the yellow and green elevator banks, to the Main Terminal. Take the escalator or elevator up to the Ticketing Level. The stairs and elevator to the Mezzanine Level are directly behind the International Ticket counters and are marked on the accompanying terminal map. Enter the reception area through the double glass doors for the Port of Seattle Aviation Division Offices. The receptionists will direct you to your conference room.

What are your hours of operation?
Sales team hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30am-5pm. The Conference Center can open to accommodate meetings outside of normal business hours.
