What is your primary product or service?
Primary product is manufacturing automation solutions. We provide vocational training products to educational institutions and we provide compact CNC solutions to job shops, production houses that are looking to increase their productivity, at optimal investment and operation costs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The founder's background is in Manufacturing Automation and has served industry heavy weights in the area of supply chain and demand fulfillment. She understands the importance of manufacturing in any economy and started the company with the aim to provide solutions that aid skill development and productivity improvement.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We work with organizations that have hundreds of man-years of experience in the area of manufacturing automation skill development. We define our skill packages as product, curriculum, training and support for our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Bellevue, WA and work with channel partners in many parts of US.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, wire transfers, ACH payments.
Which areas do you service?
We serve customers in North America.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
