We have been in business 10 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in glass replacement, Dry rot and repair in wood windows, As well as new wood window sales and installation. We also build beautiful Frameless shower enclosures.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Early exposure to the glass industry as I have family in the glass business. It proved to be a good fit. 17 years later and I still enjoy the growth and challenges that the glass industry has to offer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I Believe customer service is our strenghth. We maintain our focus on providing a long lasting product for a better value with a strong emphasis on the person we are doing the work for. How can we best meet their needs, this is a question I am constantly asking when making business decisions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 1 location that services Issaquah,Sammamish, Redmond,Bellevue,Kirkland and Woodinville as well as North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall city and Carnation.

The owners are involved in all daily operations and we'll see every job from start to finish.

We are open Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm We are closed Saturday and Sunday
